Note: some of the links in this article will be affiliate links. That said, I never suggest anything I don’t believe in wholeheartedly.

I have a problem: namely, that I’m on a constant journey to find the perfect ADHD-friendly app. One that will integrate with my Google calendar; notify me when I have things to do (but not obnoxiously); allow me to color and customize things to keep it interesting (but not too much); that will let me run my personal day and my work tasks to perfection (but won’t let me burnout), and that will help me keep track of habits and full routines.

I don’t think I need to say that such an app doesn’t exist. Yet. So, for the time being, I spend my time trying each one that catches my attention.

I have to admit, it’s not the worst situation. I have fun with it, and I get to share what I’ve learned with other people. People like you.

So, let’s go to which ones I’ve found. I’ve tried to compile in short-enough list my favorites for work, for life, and for health.

Best for people with multiple projects: Motion
