Adjusting for inflation and for disastrous economical gaps, by your own logic, you probably shouldn't have been born. Instead of blaming people for having children (especially when having children can happen by accident, children can wind up adopted out of need, etc), perhaps we should be looking real hard at those who still don't believe that things like food, water, and shelter aren't human rights.

Also, your comment kind of proves the point of the article -- that so many people think that moms "asked for" the ridiculous situation our society puts parents in, and that we therefore don't get any help because of it.
